6-month commitment is our preferred billing model. A one-time onboarding fee applies and is billed separately from your monthly membership: $300 for Core, $600 for Comprehensive, $1,500 for Complete. Plus the cost of your medications, billed at preferred member pricing. Clinical services are provided by Pelerin Medical Services, PLLC, not Novus MD LLC. Concierge access is not a substitute for emergency care; for a medical emergency, call 911.

The intake takes about two minutes. What comes after is the opposite of a seven-minute visit. A care coordinator walks you in, comprehensive labs build your picture, and a licensed clinician reviews everything before any clinical conversation happens.
Labs are part of the process for most members. We coordinate everything through our lab partner, Sage Bio. You don't have to figure it out on your own.
Novus is a concierge practice with transparent pricing and no surprise billing. We'll be clear about what everything costs before you commit to anything.
