Platform policies (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Membership Agreement) are issued by Novus MD LLC. Clinical policies (Notice of Privacy Practices, Telehealth Consent, Prescription Policy, Patient Rights & Responsibilities) are issued by Pelerin Medical Services, PLLC, the licensed medical practice through which care is delivered.
